HIGH-SPEED MACHINE:
This PP strapping production line is used to produce fully automatic PP strapping and manual PP strapping for packaging.
The strap width is 5 ~ 19mm and the thickness is 0.4 ~ 1.2 mm.
The extrusion screw material of the PP strapping equipment is 38CrMoALA, and the metering extruder is particularly suitable for the production of high-end PP strapping. The extruder adopts a hopper-type automatic feeding system to make the performance of the extruder more stable. All units are driven by variable frequency motors and automatic intelligent temperature control systems to achieve energy-saving effects.
